Our manufacturing licence names the competent technical staff accountable for the facility — an analytical chemist and a quality assurance officer responsible for testing, and a manufacturing chemist responsible for production.

We publish the documents themselves rather than asking you to take a claim on trust. Every certificate is reproduced in full — with its issuing authority, number and validity dates — on the certificates page.

Documented quality system
Manufacturing runs under a quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015 and subject to annual surveillance audits by the certifying body.
In-process and finished-product checks
Batches are checked in process and on completion before release, with records retained against the batch.
Artwork and labelling review
Partner artwork is reviewed against the labelling requirements of the Drugs & Cosmetics Rules before packing material is printed.
What we do not claim
We hold ISO 9001:2015 certification and statutory drug manufacturing licences. We do not currently publish a WHO-GMP certificate, and so we do not describe ourselves as WHO-GMP certified anywhere on this site. If you require a specific approval for your market, ask us and we will tell you plainly whether we hold it.
Certificates are reproduced from the originals held by the company. Please contact us if you need a signed copy for your own compliance records.
