Third party manufacturing is the outsourcing of production to a licensed manufacturer by the company that owns the brand. You keep the brand, the artwork and the market.
Private labelling
You choose products from our existing catalogue and we manufacture and pack them under your own brand name.
In both cases the brand owner retains ownership of the product design, intellectual property and brand while outsourcing production. Quality measures are agreed up front so that what leaves our facility meets both the regulatory requirement and your own standard.

Yes. Under the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940 you need a valid drug licence and GST registration to have medicines manufactured and sold under your brand. Send us copies with your enquiry and we will confirm what else is needed for your product category.
Our catalogued range covers oral liquids and syrups, and topical preparations including ointments, creams, lotions and gels. We also work across shampoos, medicated soaps, tablets, capsules and sachets — send your requirement and we will confirm what we can supply.
Minimum quantities depend on the dosage form, pack size and packing material involved, so we confirm them against your specific requirement rather than quoting a blanket figure. Share the products and pack sizes you have in mind and we will come back with the batch size and pricing.
Lead time depends on raw material availability, packing material printing and the batch size. We give a committed timeline with the quotation, and we would rather quote an honest date than an optimistic one.
Artwork is normally supplied by the brand owner and must meet the labelling requirements under the Drugs & Cosmetics Rules. We review the artwork for regulatory compliance before printing and can guide you on the mandatory declarations.
Manufacturing is carried out under our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and under the competent technical staff named on our manufacturing licence — an analytical chemist and a quality assurance officer responsible for testing, and a manufacturing chemist responsible for production.
